The staff was very friendly and helpful; very easy and quick to reach from the main train station and hence also well connected to the entire public transport in Vienna. The breakfast buffet was really large.

Overall a super nice design and very clean, everywhere. The stuff was friendly and they helped us with our luggage at the arrival and departure. Very good location wise, across the street from a shopping mall with several stores and restaurants. Many public transportation options with connections to everywhere you need to go to visit the city. Amazing view, we stayed at the 13th floor.

Comfortable room not far from the lift. Location near the main railway station. A few minutes walk away. Links to the airport good (if the train is not cancelled, as this happened to me) for just over 4 euro one way

- It’s in a quiet area. - there are lots of places nearby where you can go to restaurants. - next to Vienna central train, which is convenient when coming from the airport as the train is direct and only takes 15 minutes. So no need to take a taxi.
